When you initially reach out to Jill, you will be asked to provide an email address. Allowing Jill to send you important and legal, pre consultation information, and details on what to expect.
Once all relevant forms have been completed, Jill will invite you in for a consultation.
Jill strongly believes that this initial face to face meeting establishes relationships and encourages, open honest discussion about your aesthetic concerns.
On receipt of your email, your details are added to our patient electronic record system. You will then receive information requesting your personal details and medical history, including any medication or any allergies this includes information on what to expect at consultation.
Please note it is vital to have a comprehensive and complete medical history as some procedures may include prescription only medicines either directly or indirectly, such as Hyaluronidase ® Steroids ® Antibiotics ® or more directly such as Botox ® Bocouture ® Relfydes ®.
These are always provided following an in-depth medical face to face consultation.
This time is your opportunity to ask questions and also Jill’s opportunity to examine you and outline the details of treatments offered, including desired outcomes and potential adverse consequences.
If time allows, and you feel fully informed treatment can be carried out at this initial stage.
Included in this pre consultation process is a General Data Protection Regulations GDPR form to read and complete.
